The artwork in this collection was created by hand, during the long days of Spring, 2020. I had moved with my family to the Catskill Mountains and was recovering from covid, and had none of my digital drawing tools or equipment with me. I had been considering the idea of creating a fabric collection with hand inked and painted artwork for some time. I was interested in the idea that advances in digitally printed fabric meant that I was not limited to working with solid masses of color. Plot twist!
