Rifle Paper Co. wonderland cameos rose

Anna Bond of Rifle Paper Co. was asked by Pu n Books to hand-illustrate the 150th anniversary edition of Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland, and it is from this stack of roughly 80 original hand paintings that the fabric collection derives. With signature Rifle Paper Co. style, Anna’s painted illustrations jump of  the page and onto 32 high quality Cotton+Steel fabrics, including a healthy dose of lawns, canvases and Rifle floral rayons. In Wonderland, Alice falls through the rabbit hole to a world of tea parties and enchanted forests, meeting a curious cast of characters along the way.

Cotton+Steel,is a new division of RJR Fabrics. This company of designers includes Melody Miller,Rashida Coleman-Hale, Alexia Abegg, Kim Kight, and Sarah Watts. As a young company, Cotton+Steel hopes to honor the traditions of creativity, resourcefulness, and innovation inherent in the sewing and quilting world.
